Standing Orders
The Standing Orders of the Edinburgh College Board of Management were approved by the Board on 29 September 2021, and will apply to all meetings of the Board and its committees.
To ensure the orderly and effective conduct of virtual and hybrid meetings of the Board of Management and its committee, an Annex to the Standing Orders was approved on 29 September 2021.
Scheme of Delegation
The Scheme of Delegation specifies the delegation of authority by the Board to the Chair, Vice Chair, Principal, Board Secretary, and to its committees.
Financial Regulations
To conduct its business effectively, Edinburgh College must ensure that it has sound financial management systems in place and that they are strictly adhered to. Part of this process is the establishment of financial regulations which set out the financial policies of the College.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct provides a comprehensive statement of the principles and rules of conduct for Members of Edinburgh College’s Board of Management’s behaviour in the performance of their duties as members of a public body.
