School Tracker/Portal

Edinburgh College guarantees a place to study to all eligible school leavers in Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian. We promise to help every school pupil who applies to find a course at the right level in the right area.

In order that we can work closely and support the schools to monitor applications, we have developed a tracking report which enables you to view the status of your pupil's applications for any SCP and Full-time course. For access, users can create their accounts by clicking on new user and following the registration form. You can also now have access to multiple school’s data should you require it. Please note that you must register using your local authority, school or SDS email address, if you register using your personal email the request will be declined by the schools team.

Events and Tours

If you are a school or partner of the college and would like to request the college’s presence at a school-related event (e.g., careers fairs, presentations, etc.), or would like to request any group visit/event at any of the college campuses – please complete the event booking form.

Please allow at least six weeks between the date of the event and the date of request. This means we can appropriately assign staff members to each event and ensure that we can grant as many requests as possible. You may still request an event within six weeks of the event date, however, events booked within the designated timeframe will be prioritised.
