NPA Built Environment is an entry-level course designed to provide students with the skills, understanding, and practical ability required to progress to a higher-level course in this area.
This course is taught at Edinburgh College's Granton Campus where you will gain essential, hands-on experience and knowledge of the Built Environment.
You will be taught by staff with extensive experience in the industry. This is a short full-time course taught at Edinburgh College’s Granton campus for one semester. On completion, you will be awarded a National Progression Award (NPA): The Built Environment at SCQF level 5

How the course is assessed
- This course will be assessed throughout your time at college.
Number of days per week
3 Days per week. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are full days.
Entry requirements
- A minimum of 2 x National 4's, one of which must be in Maths or Application of Maths.

- Candidates who meet the entry requirements will be invited in for an interview before the summer of 2025.
